Patio Homes at Seven Hills includes ownership of entire building (roof and everything below it). Areas not under roof are considered common area. All common area will be maintained by The Patio Homes at Seven Hills Homeowner's Association.

Maintenance-free includes grass cutting, lawn fertilizing, landscaping, tree trimming, irrigation, and driveway snow removal.

Possible upgrades include a screened-in porch, basement finish, garage floor epoxy, and zero-entry from garage to building on applicable lots. There is also an added cost for lots on the water.
